Customers (CRM)
Pages
In one line: build landing pages for your company inside Duwam — from a ready-made template, with the visual sections editor, by describing the page to the AI, or by pasting HTML — and publish them on a public link at link.duwam.com/your-handle/page, wired to lead-capture forms and WhatsApp.
Plan: Available on the Professional, Advanced and Business plans (and during the trial), within Customer management → Marketing, and requires the CRM permission. The number of pages is limited by plan (10 on Professional, 50 on Advanced, 200 on Business).
Overview
A page is a complete web page your company writes and publishes at a fixed public address: https://link.duwam.com/<company handle>/<page slug>. Every page has a draft you edit at any time and a published copy the visitor sees; every publish keeps a version you can restore.
You reach Pages from: Customer management → Marketing → Pages.

First step: the company handle
Before the first publish, a company admin chooses a short latin handle (such as ataeb) from the callout above the list. The handle is the first part of every page address; it takes lowercase latin letters, digits and hyphens (3 to 32 characters). Changing it later changes every page's link.
Creating a page
Press “New page” and pick your way:
- Write with AI — describe the page in a sentence or two (“a page selling grape leaves by the kilo, ordered over WhatsApp”); it is written in your company's identity (name, brand colour, WhatsApp number) and appears in the editor as it is written. Afterwards you can ask for a change (“make the button bigger”). Each request counts as one message of your Duwam Assistant allowance.
- A template — five Arabic templates (restaurant, clinic, real estate, professional services, event) that carry your company's name and colour automatically; replace the texts and pictures.
- Visual editor (sections) — for people who do not write code: ready-made sections (hero, features, pricing, FAQ, testimonials, call to action, footer) edited as forms and reordered with arrows. You can later convert to code for free editing (there is no way back to sections).
- Blank page — paste ready HTML or write it in the code editor, or import an
.htmlfile.
Tip: Duwam allows JavaScript inside a page. The page runs isolated from your Duwam account, so no script in it can reach your data.
The editor

- The live preview updates as you type and shows the page as the visitor will see it, at desktop, tablet or phone width.
- Company variables such as
{{company.name}},{{brand.primary}}and{{company.phone}}are filled when the page is served, so when the company changes its colour every page follows. - Images are uploaded to the image library (JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF up to 8 MB), inserted with one click, and counted against your storage quota.
- Insert adds a lead-capture form from Entry points (its submissions reach Contacts tagged with the page), a tracked WhatsApp button, or the chat widget.
- Search and sharing: the description, the share image for WhatsApp and Twitter, the page's language, and a “hide from search engines” option.
Publishing and the link
Publish makes the draft the public copy and gives you the link to copy. Unpublish hides the page (404) and keeps the draft. Edits after publishing do not reach visitors until you press “Publish changes”. A page may be up to 1 MB; upload pictures as files rather than embedding them.
Sites and funnels
A site groups several pages under a shared menu and footer: create it from “Manage sites”, choose its pages and order them, then pick the site in the “Site and funnel” panel of every page you want in it. The menu is placed at the top of the page automatically (or wherever you write {{site.nav}}), and only published pages appear in it. The next funnel step makes {{site.next}} a link to the page that follows.
Statistics and automation
Every page has a statistics panel: visits and unique visitors over the last 30 days, where they came from, and utm_source campaigns. No per-visit log is kept — a daily counter only.
In Customer automations, the “form submitted” trigger accepts a page filter: enter the page's slug so the trigger fires only for submissions from that page — for example a WhatsApp welcome message for everyone who registered from the event page.
Trash and versions
Deleting moves the page to the trash and takes it offline; you can restore it. Every publish keeps a version (up to 20) that you can restore into the draft from the editor.
Note: Pages are served on the shared link.duwam.com domain for every company; a domain of your own (such as www.example.com) is not available yet.
