One-line summary: 4 plans with published prices — Basic, Professional, Advanced, Business — plus a Custom plan on request. A full 14-day trial with no card, then you pick your plan. Prices are in US dollars, with no setup fees, and annual billing gives you two months free on every plan.
Overview
Duwam offers 4 plans with published prices, each including everything in the plan before it, plus a Custom plan priced on request for larger teams. Each plan includes a number of employees; past that limit you can request a higher employee cap. Your journey starts with a full 14-day trial that unlocks every feature with no credit card.

Basic — $17
The paid starting point, for small teams:
- Full attendance + tasks + projects + teams (unlimited)
- Team chat, voice notes and urgent messages
- The Duwam AI assistant (up to 100 messages/month)
- Clean export with no watermark
- 90 days of data history
- Not included: voice or video calls, WhatsApp, customers (CRM) — upgrade to Professional
Professional — $77 · Recommended
Everything in Basic, up to 20 employees, plus:
- Customers (CRM) — inbox, deals, campaigns and entry points
- Virtual Office and voice + video calls (unlimited minutes)
- Work orders, geofencing and biometric devices
- The Duwam AI assistant (up to 1,000 messages/month) and voice dictation
- WhatsApp notifications, campaigns and lead capture
- Advanced reports + CSV export + rewards
- Automations and integrations (API + Webhooks)
- Whiteboard + Wiki
- Unlimited data history + email support
Advanced — $197
Everything in Professional, up to 50 employees, plus:
- Accounting & invoicing (ERP) — invoices, chart of accounts, journal entries and financial reports, purchasing and stock
- Point of Sale (POS) — cashier shifts and barcode selling
- The Duwam AI assistant (up to 2,500 messages/month)
Business — $397
Everything in Advanced, up to 100 employees, plus:
- Vehicle GPS tracking — live map, trips and alerts
- Field Ops — dispatch field jobs, track couriers, proof of delivery
- The Duwam AI assistant (up to 5,000 messages/month)
- Advanced permissions + dedicated account manager + priority support

How do I choose my plan?

Tip: Try Professional during your trial. If your team is up to 5 people and the essentials are enough, Basic is an excellent choice. The extra-employee prices are set so a lower plan with extra seats never becomes cheaper than the plan above it: Basic reaches Professional's price at 15 employees, Professional reaches Advanced's at 44, and Advanced reaches Business's at 100 — so upgrading is a natural step as the team grows.
The free trial
- 14 days unlocking every feature (at the Professional level) — with no credit card.
- When it ends without a subscription: 3 grace days in read-only mode (your data is visible, editing is paused).
- A one-time extension option (10 extra days) if you need more time to evaluate.
- After that, the subscription wall appears — your data is fully preserved and returns the moment you subscribe.
Upgrading and cancelling
How do I upgrade?
- Settings → Billing → Upgrade.
- Choose the new plan.
- The difference is calculated automatically (a pro-rated credit) — you pay only the difference for the remaining period.
How do I downgrade?
Same path — the downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You won't lose your data — but data older than the new plan's limit may be temporarily hidden.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel.
- The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Your data is available to export (CSV/JSON) after cancellation.
Billing cycles
Monthly
- Charged to your card on the same day of the month you subscribed.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
Annual
- Paid upfront for the full year, with two months free on every plan (about 17% off): you pay roughly 10 months' price for 12.
- Cancelling before year-end is non-refundable.
Annual is the best value if you're sure you'll continue. Monthly suits you if you're still evaluating.
Payment methods
- Visa / Mastercard and international credit cards (via Stripe).
- Local payment methods for the Saudi market (MADA / Apple Pay / STC Pay) will be added as we officially enter the Saudi market later.

FAQ
Q: Are there setup fees? A: No. No training fees either. And no minimum subscription term.
Q: Can I try every feature before paying? A: Yes — a full 14-day trial at the Professional level, with no card. It starts automatically when you create your account.
Q: What if the trial ends and I don't subscribe? A: You get 3 read-only days, plus a one-time extension option (10 days). Your data stays preserved and returns the moment you subscribe.
Q: Do prices change? A: We don't raise the price of an existing subscription. If we raise prices for new customers, you're protected at your current price. The full perks of the first 100 companies are on the founders offer.
Q: Can I add employees past my plan's limit? A: Extra employees are added on request: $6 / $5 / $4 / $3 per employee/month depending on your plan (Basic/Professional/Advanced/Business). Email us at sales@duwam.com or reach out from the help center and our team raises your account's employee cap.
