Getting Started
Try Duwam on a ready-made company
In one line: open a demo of Duwam with a whole company in it — staff clocking in today, projects and tasks, customers, deals and WhatsApp conversations, books, stock and a till, and a café kitchen with its orders — with no password and no card, read-only.
Overview
The demo is a company called «شركة الأفق للتقنية» (Al-Ofuq Technology) that lives on Duwam the way a real one does: its staff arrive in the morning, its customers' messages come in, and the till opens every day. You walk in to see Duwam working before you create your own account.
You enter as «زائر دوام» (Duwam visitor) with company-admin rights, so you see every screen. The company is read-only: browse everything; nothing you change is saved and nothing is sent.
Note: the demo page and the demo company are in Arabic.
How do I get in?
- Open app.duwam.com/demo (the site's "try a ready-made company" links lead there).
- Type your email, tick the consent box, then press «أرسل رمز الدخول» (send login code).
- An email brings a 6-digit code. Type it on the next screen — you are in as soon as the sixth digit is entered.
- The code is valid for 10 minutes, works once, and allows 5 attempts.
- You can ask for 3 codes per quarter of an hour; after that, wait fifteen minutes.
- No email? Use «إعادة إرسال الرمز» (resend code), or Change email if you mistyped it.
- The same browser comes back to the demo within 90 days without a new code.
Note: if you are signed in to your own Duwam account, the page says so. Sign out first, or open the demo in a private window.
What's in the company?
- The team: ten employees in six teams, plus you.
- Attendance: two weeks of history, and today plays out live: the team arrives between 07:52 and 08:10, one person is late, another takes a break around 11:30, and one is absent. Before seven nobody is in yet, and Friday and Saturday are days off.
- Work: three projects with 18 tasks in various states, and a team chat.
- Customer management: 12 customers, 12 deals between 9,800 and 92,000 SAR across the pipeline (two won), and five WhatsApp conversations — two waiting for your reply.
- Accounting: a hardware shop selling from till TILL-1, with six items, six customers and two suppliers, and about two months of daily till shifts, invoices, rent and restocking — some invoices paid late. The books end yesterday.
- Work orders: «مقهى الأفق — طلبات التوصيل» (a café's delivery orders): an order about every seven minutes from 7 a.m. to midnight, moving through order intake, preparation, packing and delivery.
Tip: links like "try a ready-made kitchen" on the restaurants page open the demo straight on work orders.
What happens when I try to change something?
Nothing is saved. A bar at the top of every page says "Read-only demo" — "Look around freely — editing and sending are yours in your own trial" — with "Start your free trial" beside it. Pressing a button that saves or sends shows a short message (in Arabic) that this is a read-only demo.
Allowed: browsing, searching, opening windows and forms, pricing a basket at the till, and signing out. Blocked even when it looks like viewing, if it reaches someone — such as locating an employee, which sends a notification to their phone.
Does anyone else see what I see?
Yes. There is one company that every visitor enters with the same account, and nobody can change it because it is read-only. It resets every night at 04:10 Riyadh time. The books alone are not reset: they grow day by day, as in a real company.
My email — why do you ask for it?
So that every visitor is a real, reachable address. With your email we keep the consent text exactly as you read it and when you agreed: you agree that Duwam may contact you by email about the product and offers, and use it in Duwam's advertising, and that you can withdraw this at any time. We also keep the campaign tags you arrived with, if any, the time you verified, and your number of visits.
From the demo to my own account
"Start your free trial" in the top bar opens sign-up: 14 full days, no card. Your new account is yours alone, and nothing is carried over from the demo company. See Your first steps in Duwam.
FAQ
Q: The code didn't arrive. A: Wait a minute and check your spam folder, then resend the code. If the page says the email could not be sent, the fault is ours — try again shortly.
Q: Why do the times look close to my own? A: The company is built around the time of day in Riyadh, so the morning and the evening look different.
Q: Can I try sending to a customer? A: Not in the demo. In your free trial you link your number and send as you like.
